Our philosophy is to provide long-term solutions for controlling erosion with the most appropriate means available, predominantly through the use of native plant materials. When it is appropriate to use native plants, there is a time period between installation and a mature community that will be stable. During that time period, we utilize biodegradable erosion control materials to hold the soil in place while the plants develop.
In addition to installing these materials, we have also become a supplier. JFNew has developed key partnerships with the world's foremost manufacturer of biodegradable biologs and fused this partnership with a wealth of plant knowledge to form a synergy known as Riparian Anchoring Systems. These systems were developed based on our broad knowledge of native plants, bioengineering practices, and our observations of "real life" situations. Through our experience, we have taken out the guesswork and risk to you. We handle a variety of products to accommodate various slope ratings, channel speeds and biodegradable requirements.
